The focus of attention, however, is often on the Antwerp Fashion Academy and the famous Antwerp Six. This book goes a step further by investigating the influence of Brussels designers and the famous Brussels fashion school, La Cambre, on what is collectively referred to as Belgian fashion, and identifies the people and ideas that set the Brussels fashion world apart.
